Feed My Starving Children is a non-profit Christian organization
committed to feeding God's starving children hungry in body and spirit.

On December 4, 5, and 6, Holy Cross Lutheran Church of Libertyville and other
Lake Country organizations will be partnering with Feed My Starving Children.
Holy Cross invites you to a packing event at Lake Country Fairgrounds in Grayslake, IL
to pack One Million Meals to be distributed to starving children globally.

Our goal is to raise $170,000 and to pack One Million Meals. To achieve this goal,
we need 5000 volunteers; in short...we need you! Here's how you can help:

THANK YOU!!.....To all those who volunteered their time, talents and financial support of this ONE MILLION MEALS PACKING EVENT. We reached our goal of packing 1,000,000 meals! More than 5500 volunteers came together and packed 1,005,068 meals! This will mean so much to starving children around the world who will now be able to count on at least one hot, nutritious meal every day for the year to come. As this 2009 event comes to a close, the event planners are already looking forward to next year and the many millions of meals we are going to pack! Thank you all again for your contributions to feeding the starving children around the world!
