• We need everyone to sign up in advance for this event.
• Be sure to complete all required fields when signing up. If the form is returned after clicking submit please review the form and complete the missing information so that your form can be properly processed.
• When scheduling students or youth, volunteers must be in 3rd grade or above.
• Grades 3-6 requires 1 adult to 3 students, Grades 7-9 requires 1 adult to 4 students, Grades 10-12 requires 1 adult to 5 students
• Volunteer responsibilities may include, but are not limited to packing food, weighing packages, loading trucks, greeting and signing in other volunteers or assisting in the parking lot.
• Time shifts will be closed to additional volunteers as capacity is reached.
• We do our best to keep groups together as requested but are not always able to do so. Thank you in advance for your support on this.
• If you sign up to serve, but end up not being able to, please contact Bob Nordland.
• Free will donations will be accepted at the pack event.
